Hi Flipkart Manager,

I bought Asus Phone ZenFone 2 ZE551ML, the features of the phone consists of 4gb (august 10 order id OD506766809747456000), when i checked internal it's showing 2gb and display is not good so i requested for return the phone on (august 12 return id OD506777568206601000). But, flipkart denied to recollect the phone as i mentioned wrong info regarding the phone.

I have spoken to 10 customers care person nearly, everybody promised of recollecting the phone, within 24 hours without fail, but till date none of the executive has come and collected the phone.

Customers satisfaction is important not flipkart seller satisfaction, he mentioned in the mailbox as the seller not satisfied with the comments mentioned by me.

As, discussed with Mr.Abhishek (one of the customer executive), he promised me that he will definitely solve d issue of my phone. Ref id 1609161940125322704

Plz collect the phone and refund the amount

Too bad & too worst of Flipkart.

I have received a mobile Lenovo vibe K 5 Plus 3 Price Rs. 8499/- on dated 17/09/2016.
Order No. OD507015762753985000. I am trying to informed you through toll free number but you have not received our phone. Now the phone has overheating during run the mobile, so I have not satisfied with this mobile. Hence you are requested to kindly return the same mobile and refund the same amount i.e. Rs. 8499/-

Very Bad Experience. Try a lot of time for refund. But there is no response. I send all my detail, My Bank Detail and the proof of return product and the same mail which Flipkart send to me that they received the product back.
It is very sad and also a minus point about the reputation of Flipkart. Till I don't know about the problem.

I have ordered le eco phone on 14th sept and received a box in which mobile was missing. i complained to ekart and they gave me flipkart number and said the same to the flipkart exceutive. they said i can take replacement or refund. replacement request was cancelled from flipkart stating logistic issue. then i asked for refund, they cancelled a refund request stating too many returns, but no returns, but once i ordered a shoe for my friend in which i gave his mail id for updates, now they say that his mail id has too many returns and denied my request. i need my money back or i'm going to consumer court and will not leave until i get my money. since 12,000 INR is huge amount for me. neither i received product nor money.

I am valuable customer of your portal. i have purchased 2sets Redmi 3s prime mobile IMEI no. 861112033963886, 861112033932303. Some technical issue on one phone so i went to MI service centre swadeshi bima nagar agra but centre not provided service. In centre mr.Hardyal said that you purchased phone from flipkart this bill not valid for sevice. so i have complained on 14 sep 2016 but not resolve the problem till today. i m frustrated from purchased the phone on your portal. please solve this issue.

Order No. 50690845612136000. Dt 26/08/2016. Tracking ID FMP0059238811, Your courier not even attempted to deliver the order and cancelled the order stating reason could not deliver even after multiple attempts. When contacted over phone I was told that we wont deliver daily once in 4 or 5 days we will come to ur area (reason is their mode of delivery is in van) and inform you and deliver. Nothing has happened. All other online companies are delivering the order in third day in my area.

I bought a lenovo vibe k5 plus phone from flipkart. 30 august 2016 I got my phone. But the phone has many issues. It lags too much. Sometimes it hang when I shuffled around apps. Many apps are forcefully stopped. I requested you to give my money back. But you didn't respond me well and didn't give me my money back. You said me to go to the service centre. I followed your instructions. But the service centre couldn't help me. Please help me flipkart. Replace my phone please.

When redmi s3 prime 3Gb Ram 32Gb rom mobile? I did order today. The network problem is my fault !!!! When the order is order twice !!! I got a call to cancel it !!! 1 Press said the Norwegian. Please 1cancel After reading it again. After pressing 1 2 order cancel has said. When will it be?? coming soon coming that???

I won iPhone 7 in the spin wheel.I made the 250rs payment. I also followed all the steps and answered all the questions correctly. But there was no reply from Flipkart. Its not good to fool people and taking money by trollling them.

I have booked moto e3 power and it is out for delivery from yesterday and still now I am not getting it. In application of flipkart is written there unable to deliver no response from customer , instead he doesn't call or msg me ..kya chutiya smjhe ho hame.

Refund money has not been credited to my Bank account even after 15days of return of the product.

I am a regular customer of Flipkard and purchase large number of items from Flipkart recently.. I had purchased the following 4 items and returned these items after noticing quality issues.

The pickup agent came and took these items from me and told me that the amount will be credited in my bank account within 10 working days. I waited and called on 11th working to flipkart and they told your amount has been credited to your account.

But till now I have not received the amount and double checked with my HDFC Credit Card account.

With due respect,I beg to state that during purchase of Mobile(Redmi 3S prime) & Bombay Dying bedsheets,flipkart software is asking for PIN no.of SBI debit card without sending OTP. I think,It is a highly risky matter, though you are assuring of security.Please look into matter to change it into 3D secure method so as to send OTP for any purchase using SBI debit card.

I have ordered my canvas shoes at Flipkart. First I received a message via bluedart that Ur product will be delivered by 06/10/16. But I hadn't arrived,so regarding my problem i call customer care assistant to know what happened with my product and they said that they hadn't get any updates regarding my order
So after that they also told me that don't take tension u will get Ur product by by as per given date it means tomorrow I said ok no problem but next day I hadn't get any message

Then I again call Flipkart customer services OK we will give u update and they said it will arrive on 09/10/16 but season was durga puja I can't even get my shoes because I already had choosen that one and nothing other I can choose. So please deliver by as requested delivery date.
