Redmi services very bad, i already getting my mobile in service center, but company not repaired my mobile.

Initially wen I switched on phone and charged it took nearly an hour for complete charging...but suddenly yesterday it shows me the estimated charging time is 6 hrs.mis tht battery problem or charging problem??

I purchased Redmi note 3 mobile directly with mi company on dated 14.9.2016 but from next day means 15.9.2016 I am facing heating problems when I charge the mobile phone It produce more more heat (charger also produce heat) It is a big problem for me. First time purchased the mi product I am disappointed such type of fake product, please solve my problem. Otherwise It is useless for me.

Phone lock button not working at all and problem with battery charging.. Love this phone but just got problem within 2 months of use.

Messages and Contacts are not working. Whenever i open the Contacts and messages it will not open. Any apps are download through mobomarket it will show downloading Apps are silently failed. Any downloading apps will not open. How to resolve the problem. Please help me.

Hello, My Xiomi redme note 1 screen remains off when I play audio file...that's why I cant switch from one file to another file and It becomes the compulsion to complete the whole audio then only screen becomes on.

customer care num always busy its very waste. I am using redmi note3 and used jio sim not working net & outgoing call only working incoming calls. What can I do.. sim shows net work singal. I this mobile fault.. plz reply me my mail.

The toll free number to contact xiaomi customer centre is not at all accessible. All the time busy tone. There should be some more numbers like junction lines to help customers.

Hello, guys be carefull all mi buyers don't buy mi phones. Everything is fine wrt features of mobile but its servicing is very bad. For every little problem mother board is changed that will cost u highly, it is not going to be repaired. and also for display so contact with service center before buying. I am disappointed so much for mi4i. Don't buy mi phones. I have been running since 2nd month of buying date. Still problem.

I buy Redmi note 3 32gb less than a month. I am not able to see the menus icon after change the lite mode. not able to find a icon. it is blank screen when unlock the screen. I am not able to get the UI. It is empty screen (blank black screen). Kindly do the needful.
