I have purchased PANASONIC LED 42” TH-L42Cs510D at M/s PAI INERNATIONAL CCHIKMAGALUR branch vide INVOICE No. 0627638 dated 22/10/2015. After installation by Showroom persons no company technicians visited. After repeated enquiry with PAI INERNATIONAL, company tech d after seven days of purchase. But during demo for app down loading ID creation failed. After that no company technician makes any effort to rectify the problem. Please send your technician. Otherwise give me the mail ID of responsible company person.

I bought my digital camera 25 days ago from cannon square in lajpat nagar. But at home when I tried to use it was hanging, flash is not working. When I went to dealer he send me to service center. There engenier checked this camera. He told me only lens is ok and camera function was not working. That's mean dealer gave me wrong camera. And service center owner pankaj talked to his senior, they told me they will give my refund within 10 days. But 22 days have passed, I haven't got my money. Imt point here amit sikka je send me dealer shop. Camera name gh3 cost is 92000.

Now I want my refund from panasonic company.

Purchased Panasonic TH-L29B6DX-29" LED on 11-08-2013 with 3(three) years warranty. Picture is not coming.

First complain registered on 27.12.2015 vide No.R271215102191 On 02.01.2016. I came to know that complain registration is cancelled with the remarks "customer not holding original/computerised cash memo", although it was confirmed by myself and the seller Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd that I am holding the required cash memo.

Further registration was made on 02.01.2016 vide Regn.No.R020116007259. Now, Panasonic is saying that repairing is not possible, my TV set can be exchanged, but I have to pay nearly Rs.5060/- for it, as per their terms & conditions. But, there was no mention about any such terms & condition when I have purchased the TV Set. I want to get my TV set repaired free of cost.

The window AC taken by engineer from Balaji Traders since august 2015 has not been returned so far. May I know the date by which it will be returned to me.

I have purchased led 40 inch LED TV on 12/02/2016 and I want to install this today on 12/03/2014. so I lodged request today for installation n company said me for paying charges of installation to engg..this is not gud. I have already paid 40000 for this so why should I pay installation charges, this is not gud policy.plz amend your policy. this is not a meter of time period. company gave me 1 time free installation. I can install this any time free of cost.

This is to inform you that I bought 1 split AC last year. After 6 month we have faced issue of gas leakage that time I complained and you company guy came and done it and after 4 month I m facing same problem. I put complain before 10 days but there is no progress in this,

Worst inverter Panasonic ac, After sales service is worst. Panasonic people are making fool to the customer If ac is not working. Make a complaint at call centre, they never turn up, give a good lollipop & forget about the repair. They don't have trained technician, Panasonic keep authorised service centre to make customers fool.

I thought it would be at par with Hitachi or O-General....but very wrong. Worst Product to buy, I bought AC on 26th March 2016 and within few days the compressor had to be changed. The worst is that even after changing the compressor the AC Gas has completely leaked and its not cooling at all....One pays such a big amount to these guys and they even do not bother to call back and update on the status of the complaint. Complaint remaining unresolved for last few days. Hope it gets resolved soon.

I have purchased the trimmer (ER206KK44A) and used twice only and now it makes a problem with the blade. i have contacted Panasonic service centre at anna nagar, vellore but they are telling that the company had a reply that they cannot replace the blade. my opinion is that i have use the product twice only and i surely didnt mishandle. so please make the arrangement with the replacement. job no:R310516199691, job registered date:31-05-16, date of purchase;12-03-16.

I have purchased LED TV on 27Oct. 2013 with three years warranty and now i am facing problem with this, audio is coming but video is not coming. I have already complaint on customer care and its already repaired 4th time. Now company says to me that they are facing problem with this specific model so take depreciation amount and purchase new TV only Panasonic.

1. First complaint generated on 10 December 2015.(Complaint No. R101215035928)
2. Second Complaint generated After three or four day of repair in December.
3. Third complaint generated on 10 June 2016. (Complaint No. NOT PROVIDED AND COMPLAINT CLOSED WITHOUT MY INFORMATION)
4. Fourth complaint generated on 13 June 2016.(R100616056379)
5. Fifth complaint generated on 1July 2016(Complaint No. R010716000919 IS PENDING DUE TO PART PENDING)

Now I do not want to go with this brand.

I purchased a split Ac Sl no. 3719420456 in May 2015. Right from the same month complaints started. It was not even installed properly, there is water leakage problem inside the room, no proper cooling etc.

Complaints were lodged on 23.05.15,30.08.15 & 08.04.16. Untrained mechanics from their franchisee center came & resolved the problems in adhoc manner. Now again the problems surfaced out, complaint was lodged (R070816035948), mechanic came & gave an estimate of Rs 4300/- for chemical cleaning & gas filling. He took 460 Rs as visiting charges & did not do anything. These things could have been done in their earlier visits also when the AC was within warranty period. On contacting Area Manger, he told me to give him one day time to resolve the problem.

I totally mistook Panasonic company thinking it at par with Hitachi, LG or O'General. I have an LG AC purchased 7-8 years back, still working nicely even without any service so far. Is there any Executive of the company who can assure Customer Satisfaction & justify company's standing.

I'm not satisfied with your services because my phone is in your service centre for last one month. That was a latest set and that has a minor fault and still now I didn't get my phone, please reply fast.

1. I purchased an Electronic Touchpen, Swipe N share Plasma Viera TV on 28/09/2013 rating 73500/- Model no TH-P50S60D, manufactured on Feb 2013, SERIAL NO TK 3150002. This is not working now. on giving it for servicing it costed 12000rs. It was found that the panel board was completly gone. But as per the non availability of the panel board of that Model, it is non servicable. The panel board is 3 yers guarantee, so what can i do or what should i do?

2. On above details i had registered a complaint No.RO80916041864 is pending.dt 20/09/2016.

3. I am fully tired running behind it. There is no response. Either you replace the TV or i am FILING a petition in CONSUMER COURT. Please do the best.

4. As per the response from customer care, EKM, office they asked us to purchase a new TV, on 50-50 basis but iam not willing on this deal.

I bought a 50 inch LEd just 6 months back. Now its half screen is blank. I called SARGAM electronics several times. They are asking to pay Rs.25000/-. Although the set is under warranty but still no one is looking into the matter.Reference No: R021016009654. I think consumer redressal forum is the only alternative left to fight for our rights.

I am a customer of your product i purchase LED TV TH-40C200DX WHICH is RETAIL PRICE 47,500/- the TV Name on Mr. Arvind Krishna Manjarekar in January 2016 month. Hi, I purchased Microwave oven 1 month back from reliance and received a message after 3 weeks for Demo and immediately after 1 hour received one more message saying it is closed. When I tried calling Panasonic customer care. No one is responding properly and looks like every one in the call center are new and without training. what ever I ask for the clarification and compliant, they are only trained to say "hold on for 30 Sec" and [that 30 sec will not come after 15 min also] "I am very sorry for this". apart from this they don't know any thing. I have wasted my time around 1 hour to make them understand [Need a Demo] but I have not received any clarity from them and they gave one number 080 23159322 which is not in use. I though of writing this here thinking that at least I will get some help.

I am Venkat from Hospet, Karnataka. This mail is regarding the failure of display unit of Panasonic 32" LED TV, which i had purchased on 30.6.2014.

The Display of TV has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase date. When consulted regarding this failure to the Panasonic Service person, he after checking the product said that it would cost me Rs 11000/- for the new replacement of display. When i purchased the TV, it was sold to me saying that it has excellent display screen quality, where as it has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase..

Is this the quality of the products you manufacture at Panasonic that a TV doesn't even last for 5 years?? This is the worst quality of TV i have ever purchased. I doubt that you at Panasonic are manufacturing a very low grade and worst quality of TV's ever in India, you people are fooling and cheating the customers by selling these type of products. How can some one believe in the Brand Name of PANASONIC now. I can say that your company is not at a branded one. When you say you are branded and selling such worst quality of TV's where is the difference between the Branded and local make TV's. I think it is better to buy a local make TV rather than your PANASONIC brand TV at least our money is saved there.

I as a customer had referred many people to buy PANASONIC products, but now i have lost trust in Panasonic products after this miserable TV that i have bought. You are clearly cheating the people and i brand you as fraudsters, you are a big fraud company.

I am expecting a prompt and quick reply from Panasonic. If you say that your products are branded!! Then prove it.
