I had gave my mobile once to service center they told then after my mobile will work properly But my mobile is giving me more trouble as hearing problem, battery life, hanging and so on. present from two three days i have trying to go to the service but there i cant find the proper response. i went nearly to 3 to 4 service centers but they are giving another address but they are also not able to give me a proper address. If the company is try to satisfy a customer they should respond properly. I need the company reply that where am able to get my mobile service.

A7000 is worst mobile. Its having lots of problem contact loading, incoming and outgoing contact name is not displaying etc...how to solve it.

My self sachin i will purchase Lenova K3 note in 6 month ago .but in this piece some problem. 1st problem touch pad and another problem is network issue problem. i will submitted my phone in PC SUPPORT In pune but it is solving only one problem. service center person told at one time only one problem will be solved. hence not solve network problem only touch problem solved. in last month submitted in my phone in service center but not get response. pls contact service center and help to me.

I have purchased Lenove ZUK Z1 mobile phone through online on 02/06/2016 for Rs. 13499/- through Amazon sold by Cloudtail India Lvt Ltd, Anjaneya Infrastructure project Pvt. ltd. Banglore vide invoice No. KA-BLR6-144105041-13471624 Order ID. 404-8111387-0963515 Item No. B01DDP7US8 IMEI= 865374020524024. Since its purchase, I am facing problems of frequently display screen is hanging up while incoming call are received and not screen is not supporting. We have to reboot frequently to put it in use. I therefore request you to replace the said smartphone at the earliest.

Please let me know the procedure for returning back to you for replacement at the earliest.

My phone k3note lenovo after factory reset it works properly only for one day then shows connection problem and net doesn't run , service center in Bulandsehar shown on your website says it is closed permanently . My contact number 9720026997.

I bought a Lenovo A6000 just 210days before. Now my mobile affected by a mental problem. Its automatically type numbers especially number 3 and letter e is favorite all the time it types 3 and e only. When I open gallery it automatically open picture and zoom it. While opening what's app also it automatically type. I think my mobile like to speak with my friends.

Another one bad experience is while opening contacts and call logs it takes maximum 600secs minimum 300secs . On that time I forgot everything whom do I want to contact and what I want to talk.
another one interesting event is most of the time it hang ,only somebody calling to me or message to me. Sometime I want to save the mobile number like 1234567 with name of lingam .I choose add new contact and save it. While opening the name lingam in contacts its shows different numbers.

Thanks for Lenovo A6000 to give the fabulous experience. Any mobile doctor is here to cure my mobile before it severe?

I bought Lenovo P1 turbo on 19-06-16 and gave in the service center on 28-06-16 for battery charging issue. I got my phone back on 25-07-16 after changing the sub-board. The very next day on 26-07-16 I've returned in the service center due to mic (audio outgoing issue) problem. Probably due the defective sub-board. Now they are saying the mother-board has to be changed. Luckily I have a second android phone with all apps and contacts backup on it. My phone is in the service center since 28-06-16. Can I get my phone replaced with new one.

Because of charging problem i deposited on 25th july 2016 in Lenovo care Bhubaneswar Odisha which i was checked before 2 days of the said date in the same centre. They are telling for that set warranty pending for conformation. Now its almost 2O days but my problem not solved. Who is responsible for this issue ???/ lenovo care bbsr or lenovo company??? I m very disappointed that i had purchased lenovo A-6010 smart phone on 26-11-2015 With IMEI NO- 867346027012938

My phone get damage almost 4 times in 9 months not completed a single year. There is problem in outgoing voice in my phone. I had complained at your authorised service centre V-LINK CARE and submitted the same on 16-08-2016. And every single time they takes almost 1 month for repair. In one year warranty almost 4 months my phone is in your service.

Your after sale service is damn poor i am not satisfied with ur product. And i want to talk to your customer service provider so call me on my no- 9638913653. If i am not satisfied i will complain in consumer forum for your irresponsible behavior. Lastly solve my problem ASAP.

My newly purchased Lenovo ZUK, Model: 21221 mobile (IMEI No 865374020086537) stopped receiving signals of service provider (BSNL). As per advise the same was deposited on 25th July 2016 in your nominated service center in Yamunanagar. On examining it was told that the mother board of the mobile is faulty and needs replacement. This mother board will be received from your works. It is regretted to say that till date neither the motherboard has been received nor the mobile is repaired. Facing difficulty without mobile. Please intervene and instruct your service center officials to expedite repairs to entire satisfaction.

I have given my mobile to your service centre on 30th july 2016. Fault contacts gets deleted. your people said they have changed software and handed over to me on the same day my complaint no was 90. After that phone gets heated, battery backup is very low. I have given for service on4-8-2016. No response from your side, this phone is under warranty.

I purchase Lenovo Zuk Z1221 online. & I my brother using it after 5 days & she put SIM card after few days so he got network issue. He contact with the Lenovo customer care, they advise him For Hard Reset. After Hard Reset few day it work well but after again he facing network issue. Now I give it to the service center BHOPAL (MADHYA PRADESH), the says "Hardware issue installation need".

Kindly contact with them to provide my handset as soon as possible. If problem wont sort out please let me replace my handset.

I want to share my problem and hope you people will reply me asap. Recently while charging my Lenovo A7000 the charger point got burnt and after that no charge is being taken by the phone and its in switched off mode so I need to repair it asap. But in Kolkata I am not finding an authorised dealer for servicing so please let me know about it. The toll free number 1800-3000-7678 is also invalid so I am unable to take you guys. Please look into the matter and get back asap. I just cant stay without the phone its very important all my official things are in it.
