Xiaomi India — Faulty redmi 3s prime

I purchased through MI site account on very first day on 09/08/2016, REDMI 3S PRIME, delivered on 14/08/2016, immediately after inserting SIM, it automatically showed pattern lock. Till the first minute I am trying to solve my problem, but nobody take care, after several complaints on 1800 103 6286, no reply received. Ultimately I visited at Mi service centre they told that THERE IS SOFTWARE ISSUE IN THIS SET. Service centre tried to load fresh software 4 times but every time it shows error. They also showed inability to solve the problem and updated this problem at REDMI portal through there computer vide complaint WXIN1608200006907. I also send several mails with my contact number, but nobody contacted so far till today. Think about me what is my fault. I paid for it Rs. 8999 but my fault is only that I purchased this set directly from MI SITE, If I would have purchased it from AMAZON or FLIPKART, then it will be definitely changed by them without any question. Now you are again requested to kindly change it immediately.

I am using redmi note 3, I just bought last month. I am getting charging problem, the service center is not changing the data cable of the charger. The data cable gets a slight rust on it. Do something on the issue, I am expecting a result from you as soon as possible.

I have used my phone for one day it work awesome but next day when i have upgraded it never on it only show mi.com.

My Xiami Note 3 mobile camera is not opening, Whenever i try to open cam but answer STILL CAN'T CONNECT CAMERA TRY TO RESTART YOUR DEVICE much of times i do restart and reset. But there is no solving the problem so give any suggestion, try to immediately give solution.

Too much heating while charging also too much heating while gaming. I am afraid it will damage my phone..what to do?

I bought a redmi note one month back. now it is dead , not even getting charged , i given to your service centre kochi . they says repairing cost will be Rs 6000/-. It was shocking to me. I want a solution for this issue ASAP.

My Xiaomi Note 3 mobile shows earphone symbol without inserting earphone, i do restart and reset. But there is no solving the problem. so give any suggestion, try to immediately give solution. mi center Gurgaon haryana give mobile for services but 7 days later they call your phone is ready but i checked problem same. please do not buy redmi phone, Services is very-very low quality. Please reply my Mob. 9899153411.

I have redmi note 3 but but battery is very poor. battery work not properly. when fully charging battery then battery back up 5-6 hours only.

I have a dual sim phone redmi 3s prime. In my phone I have inserted two sims but when call is going on from sim one and any one is calling on my second sim number they will get reply is out of coverage area. I am not getting notification of call waiting, and call waiting options is activated. Pls tell me what to do.

I am using the m.i. redme 2 prime, in net only whatsapp is active otherwise not open google or other, but is wifi zone all net active this problem from day one. please solve the problem.

I bought redmi note 3 from snapdeal. Phone Automatically switch off and after charging phone is not charging and no for switch on. my complain no. JS16082300196 Dt 23-08-2016. Your Customer Care no totally busy. pl clear my problem soon as possible.

I'm using redmi 2 prime for past 11 mnths and now I have brought JIO simcard and it is not working. So I need to know that does it works in this phone or not.

Dear MI, i purchased from you a phone( mi note 3, on dated 26th may) but it becomes dead after some days and i placed it in the service center of hazra, on 11th july, but i got no response till date. I also informed you about these by phone several times but it fruits noting. Hence i request you to let me have a new mobile set within 3 days otherwise i shall have to knock the door of the consumer court.
