I inform you that I don't get any tracking message from you. At last 18 - 8 - 2016 purchased this two item, but I don't know what happened, its using to checkout my personal savings bank. I payed 530 rupees at last days. Then why don't send any tracking. I want this product. Can you please check I attached from bank details on this mail.Can you check please. If you need any proof, yes I attached from this mail. But this is not helpful for me. Because already I payed the bill. How can get my tracking and orders item. I hope you are clear this problems today.

I ordered on 19.08.2016 two items (details given below).

MEEPHONG Tempered Glass Guard for xiaomi redmi 1s... Rs. 260

And for those two items I paid rs 524 on the same day (Today the value changed to rs 544) from my SBI bank A/C: 10320377402 through net banking [19-Aug-2016 (19-Aug-2016) TO TRANSFER INB Flipkart Internet Private PZT16081911104286687IG0CNZIHY0 524.00]. But till today those two items not shown in my Order. Please Verify the mater and reply as soon possible.

I have purchased adidas shoe and used product has been delivered . Despite of complaining 8 times till now no action regarding pick up and refund has taken. I am cheated by giving used product and given false assurance daily for pick up of shoes, neither your ekart wisher has come to take back product. Its very disappointing to behave with ur regular customer like this. So plzz it is my humble request to please look into the matter and take my product back.

I talk with flipkart technicians vijay mishra and he says the fault is ours and he say that submit your flipkart register e-mail id here customer service and this is my register email id (sbbs.bukhari @gmail.com). So please keep on my flipkart 100 Rs discount scheme for these product ASUS EARPHONE ASU001 BLACK. Price on flipkart 750 Rs And with scheme 695 Rs only. So Please flipkart if you truly care about your customer then give me this scheme on your asus products and dont forget that i have every recorded phone calls with flipkart.

I followed your all suggestions told by customer care fellow and did backup and reset settings in that mobile but no use because the complaints mainly, excessive heating, quickly battery discharging even after fully charging, are persisting. so please i do not want this mobile set.

Dear Team Flipkart,

This is very frustrating to see service and never response on return requested for columbus Shoes order no OD106589468369235000. you can see in order when first return is requested on 25 July and it is almost 1 month past after filing many request and communicating your customer service executives.

Return requested item is with bad quality and small in size because of local product. this is not of use and please initiate request. Already this product quality is not good and open from last one month. This should not done and not expected.

Request you to take this item in next one or two days.

I have ordered for a 4D Toshiba Satellite L 740 series 6 cell laptop battery as per reference cited as 1st. Battery was supplied to me as per the invoice cited as 2nd. I have carefully read all the instructions given by the supplier and fitted the battery with the laptop and charged it as per the instructions. The battery was working. But by the end of june trouble started and I was not able to recharge the battery. Then I disconnected the battery from the laptop and checked the battery carefully. Then only I could understand that nowhere in the battery nothing is marked to show that it is a product of Toshiba. I am sure that this is a substandard china product. My order was for Toshiba battery and the bill from the seller also mention that it is a Toshiba product as ordered by me. But the seller fraudulently sent me a low quality product. It is a clear case of cheating which will badly affect the good reputation of Flipkart.

I know there is a warranty for one year. But this is not a case of malfunctioning of a product supplied to me as per my order. Here a low quality product was supplied to me instead of the good quality product as ordered by me. This is a case of cheating by the seller.

Therefore I request that necessary action may be taken to replace the battery with one which I ordered.

I ordered Lata HOT WATER-BAG Heating Pad. THEY dont gave me the same product as it was shown in the display picture. Even they gave me product without a charging cable. how can i charge this without charging cable. this seller name LATA is fraud, now they dont give me any kind of replacement or return.

I placed an order first time from flipkart gionee f103 bt i received empty box and not received my mobile. When i place a return request flipkart says me that bcoz of high no. Of retuns i will not get my refund. Flipkart is a fraud company.

This is the worst thing I saw in flipkart that at time of returning any product they start giving excuses n extend the days of returning request n then replies that ur returning date has been over. I had complained nearly on 7to 8th day and they accepted returning requests of my product that is Lenovo vibe k5 note but after nearly 2 days I got msg from flipkart that ur request has been canceled. so I again called and talked n continued my complaint I said them that I didn't cancelled my request then they said we got such request from u. Seriously I didn't cancelled my request. Then again after continuing my request other day again cancellation of return request msg arrived.

They are doing such nuance by themselves and blaming us for cancellation. This is the 5th time my request is cancelled automatically by them. I will now never ever buy any product from flipkart as such online buying on flipkart is headache I got tired of complaining again n again. It gave me such a lesson that never ever buy any product online. Specifically from flipkart.

I didnt received my package till now.. without make any call the delivery boy put a comment like i rejected my delivery. So annoying with your service. I wonder why you people cant track the delivery boy.

I got purchased Aqua RO vide inv No.Invoice No : # BIL_PATAUDI_0120160800005631 dated 28.08.2016 for Rs.14,999/- and product was delivered on 29.08.2016. It was offer of free installation at the time of booking product which I have opted but now 4 days has left but my product installation not done. Customer care contacted and complaint ref no.OD506922770816123000 registered but still waiting, reply of the authority are same that we have raised ticket and 3 days will take to install the same. Can Authority will awaken to listen customer complaint.

Hii.. I had purchased Xiaomi redmi2 1 from you, and I am facing a problem with the display very much. I don't what exactly it is wrong, I would like to have a different piece or refund for this product. I hope you will do the need full.

As I ordered my mobile L2-2 from flipkart, they promised to delivery on 2nd Sept, Due to National wide strike they couldn't delivered on time.. No problem, As I am expecting any SMS/call/mail communication that delays in delivery.. Even I tracked my order in "My Order tracking" that is showing my mobile is going to be delivery on 2nd Sept.. then where is my order??.. OR where is communication?.. Customer care executive dropped my call all of sudden in middle of conversation (executive name: Niranjan,Pune). Seriously this is my bad experience with FLIPKART. Don't make promises if your not capable to fullfill and don't waste money & time of people.

I am Abhinav, i am really fed-up and frustrated with your company. You flipkart cheated with me. I did not think that i have to face this kind of problem for a single purchasing.

I have ordered gym combo from flipkart..the shipment No.50385966002 arrived at Nasik. I have called in their office. They said that the shipment is out for delivery to your address We will deliver it today but still evening it was not delivered. So I have against called them, they said that the shipment is big so they are not delivered because they have small van that day & they Have delivered in next day. From 1 August I have received massage from flipkart. That We tried to deliver some of the items in OD506793896199164000 but looks like you were not available to collect it. But they haven't dispatched from their office. Then How I received this Kind of messages.
