Left side of Skullcandy earphone jib black is not working.

I bought sandycandy INKD-S2IKDY-003 in ear Earphone with mic (Black) from snapdeal order no - 3716963025, suborder no - 5003605986. Earphone is not working though physically seems good.

I want to claim warranty. Right side of the Skullcandy JIB in ear headphone is not working though the product seems physically good.

My earphones are not working from last few weeks. I guess it has gone messed up because sound is not coming from it. But it is in good condition. Kindly tell me how to replace it with new one as it is in warranty period.

Myself Arjun I brought a skullcandy earbud from amazon before 2 months, Model - (Skullcandy IN EAR Supreme Sound Bass Headphones Ink'd 2.0 Earphone...).

Now one side speaker and Mike is not working. This type of quality earbud given to customers? Please do a needful.
