I am unsatisfied with customer service, I have star city+ done servicing at 27june and mobil is absorbed at 8july, that is mobil is not available after running 600km.

I am very unsatisfied from your services and and your company. I have purchased new bike but its petrol tank is leaking and first tank was changed but now again this problem. so please help me.

I had purchase a TVS Scooty from RIYAN MOTORS wagholi ( new name is rissan ). After first service I go to the showroom for repairing against part damage & found very bad service. For parts change they take 42 days for repairing & parts availability. The show room manager Mr. TUSHAR was giving the wrong commitment always. (Today your part is in Gati logistics & after two days i will hand over the vehicle).

We have purchased the new Jupiter BSIV Titanium Grey which the last month Date of sale 14/08/2018 and have send the today First Free service given the jupiter at your dealership DHAMIJA ENTERPRISES. We have checked the jupiter at the time of delivery that check the LHS Paint Scratch Panel. We have informed the ALL STAFF but do not any response and not resolved the problem. kindly inform you service is very poor and do not satisfied you. we have send the mail all service office but do not any response.

Mai apni tvs 160 rtr jiska number DL 1S Z 5263 service ke liye kk tvs udyog nagar dt 27 may 21 ko kareeb 2 pm par gaya tha. usne mujhe bola ki apki gadi abhi adhe ghante me karwata hu, uske bad fir adha ghanta, uske bad fir adha ghanta. Aise karte karte 3 ghante ke bad b jhagda karne ke bad usne gadi lagai, aur mujhe sham 7 baje gadi karke di. Kk auto nangloi and kk tvs nangloi service center pe mai pehle b kam karwata raha hu. Mai 15 sal se kk auto pe kam karwata hu, kk tvs me aaj ke din bilkul hi sara ka sara staff time passing hai, meri gadi sarkari hai, police department ki hai, jab ye hal hai, aam admi ki to puchho mat. maine yaha baithe baithe itne samay me 15 se 20 logo ko yaha ke staff se jhagda karte dekha hai. Aise hamara sarkari time waste karna and not compliance karna uchit nahi h. Aaj ke din kk tvs ko feedback me mai 10 me se 00 number deta hu.
