This to inform you that I was issued above mention credit card by your bank the same was blocked by me as some one misuse my card. The same was reported to customer care and the same was addressed and amount was reversed but late payment and sevice tax was not reversed and on that amount every month charges was levied and finally it become what it is today. I have try to explain every person that it is bank fault that they have not reversed late payment charges and service tax the same thing was explained by me to your gurgoan office and they cofirm me the same thing. you are requested to look into this matter as I have not purchase any item and their is no question of any payment due to me further kindly instruct your staff not to harass me of no fault of me. also please close my card as I will not using this card any more regards.

I applied for credit card two weeks before and two verification also done by your bank. On 08 and 11 Aug 15 I receives two sms regarding your application for credit will not processing please contact the sales department.

I applied for credit card fifteen days before and call verification also done by your bank. On 31 Aug 15 I received one sms (The authentication code for confirming your credit card 778138.please write to card.services @sc.com) regarding your credit card but i have not receiving the credit card under the 9 days. What there are process apply credit card for your bank department.

I am the regular user of your card. I could not able to use your card from Oct.2014 to Feb. 2015, since I am out of country. So, after my arrival in the month of March 2015, I tried to use the card but my card PIN is blocked. To regularize my card I approached in person to seek help to your SCB at Somajjiguda branch, Hyderabad, but it is of no avail.

To-day I have received a letter dt.21-09-2015 from your bank, asking me to use the card with in 30 days from the date of your letter, other wise the last 4 digits will be blocked . Once my card PIN is blocked how can use the card. Please help me to regularized my card at the earliest. I hope you will resolve my problem , I am looking forward for your kind reply please. Being a lady cash purchase become difficulty to me.

My credit card is blocked but my full due payment is paid. There is No outstanding for my Credit Card payment. Please open my Card or send a new Card.

I request you to kindly cancel the Card No 4622 7153 5413 **** immediately. The reason for cancellation is charging overdue charges for late realisation of the amount though I had deposited the cheque four days earlier to the due date. kindly confirm by email about the cancellation for my records.

I am card holder a/c no.4622-7153-5442-1367, i am not using any online service.. vendosupport.com +18777773758 RS2277.85, every month you are sending the bills along with late charges, service charges, interest, service tax etc. But i am not understanding how this much of bills total outstanding amount is Rs 20283.98. even though as a genuine customer since 15 years I Paid Rs19,510/ i am not due any one rupee. kindly refund what ever claiming my amount and block my card.

I had the credit card no 150773190003080, which is closed few years back. Kindly issue me the no dues letter for this card.Kindly mail me the letter.

My card was hacked by another person it will be use date of 20/4/2016 10:25pm amount of rs 3100. it will be reversal to my account soon.

On 29.06.2016 my card has been charged (USD 14.95) INR 1048.22. The amount has been credited to a merchant by name Audible 8882835051. This is a new card and I have not authorised for the above payment. I have used this card only for last four transaction.

Please take action to recover the amount immediately and credit the same to my account.

I have issued card on 01/03/2001 having account no 40562090104010. I have made cash payment of Rs. 19000/- as well nearly 19000/- by cheque in that period of year to make final payment to close the cr,cr at your office in alkapuri area at Baroda. But i have not get any No due from your office saying that we will send it to your home ...and after that I hve sell it out that my home and move to company quarter for my children education. But for last few year I am not getting loan from Nationailise bk due to high cibil score. And my bank manager have given me the report stating that your SC bank payment is pending ...so please help me for resolving the same issue earlier.You may give some information on my temporarily cell phone no.09228066807. hope for early reply.

Yesterday 22nd August 2016, i received my card through DTDC courier around 2 PM. Then i called IVR for generating pin around 3 pm but the customer representative said your called is blocked. I want to know the reason behind this.

I do not want to pay my credit card payment in EMI type. I am paying by 2 instalments basis. I have already paid of Rs.15500/- through online on 22.09.2016. Remaining balance payment will be paid shortly so request you that you do not charge any interest /service tax or delay payment charges.

On 24/12/16 - Two times Rs.7830/- amount debit in my credit card statement and one time message received in Mobile / E-mail and I enquirer Goldanpark in one time only a/c received amount Rs.7830/- and another transaction not received in with bank statement. so kindly arrange the re-fund in my a/c.

Now i have a conversation with one of your customer care officer just now & she told me that my card status first showing declining & after that approval of my card.

This is brought into your kind notice that credit card no. 549124560052XXXX was issued to me on behalf of bajaj finance co. Ltd.

This is to inform you that an amount of Rs. 31,250/- was due to pay by me. On 3-12-2016, I had paid all amount of rs. 31,250/- and the balance was zero to pay after this paid amount. I have nothing to pay. This is completely unjustified huge amount of rs. 5000/-. but it was surprise that some days ago, I have received call that outstanding of rs. 5,000/- due to pay by me. This is completely surprised for me as I have nothing to pay.

This is pertinent to mention here that, I received a call from your customer care centre, and your employee/representative told me that I want to continue or not the above referred credit card facility as the contract/collaboration of their bank with bajaj finance co. is going to be closed/discontinue in coming days. And I want to continue the credit card services for the above card no. 549124560052XXXX, then I will have to press the option as listen on the phone from the standard chartered customer care. Then an annual charges of rs. 700/-+ will have to pay by me. But I refused to continue the services and requested to close my credit card services in future. I was told by the representative that as soon as I will pay the outstanding amount of rs. 31,250/- , my services of blocked credit card will be discontinue/deactivate automatically as my card only issued on behalf of bajaj finance co.

But, when I came to know that I have to pay rs. 5,000/- outstanding balance, it was shocked for me. Despite paying of complete amount with zero balance, nothing was due for me. Neither my services were closed. This is completely unjustified behaviour and services of the standard chartered bank authorities as I have nothing to pay. This is not acceptable. This is all against the rbI rules. The bank authorities kept me in dark and harassing me continuously for no fault on my part. This is unjustified behaviour by the bank.
In view of the above facts, it is requested to close my credit card account immediately as it has already been delayed by the bank and and amount of rs. 5,000/-+ put dues on me be disposed off immediately and an statement of zero balance at the earliest for friendly behaviour in future.

I will not bear any carelessness of the bank authorities.It is against requested to dispose off the amount of rs. 5,000/- which is completely unjustified amount and also close/deactivate my credit card no. 549124560052XXXX with information to me as nothing is due against me.

I had sent a mail regarding dispute in respect of card no. 549124560052XXXX on dated 30-08-2017 at 1.30 p.M. vide which I have requested to sort out my credit card payment dispute of rs. 5,000/- which is completely unjustified. It is again informed to your good self that nothing is due against me. I had already paid an amount of rs. 31,250/- on 3-12-2016 and cleared all dues with zero payment.

But it was surprised for me that standard chartered bank authorities to pay more 5,000/- again due . This is completely a case of harassment and unjustified . The complete detail is mentioned in my mail sent on 30-8-2017 at. 1.30 p.m.

But I am sorry to say that nothing has been done till to date. You are once again requested to clear my case at the earliest with information to the undersigned.

I was informed that an additional was issued to me and you have forwarded the way bill no .to check the position of the envelope containing the card.Unfortunately you had sent the card to me at my old address at Kozhikode.I had informed the authorities that you have to sent the card to me at my residential address at Madan House, Manjapra Angamaly,ernakulam District.and they had promised to sent to the same address which I have asked for. So the card which was sent to the Kozhikode address was returned due to non receipt by the consignee. So I request you to resend the card to my residential address.

Gentleman Greetings,

I regret to inform you that immediately on realising that it is a fraudulent transaction i informed the bank with a request to stop payment. i was told by your executive that though the stop payment request is taken simultaneously i should lodge a complain. Followed your CEO's instruction and lodged a complain got the reference no. of complain lodged. To my surprise after a few days i was told by your executive to follow some laid down procedure of downloading a dispute form from your site and submit it to nearest SCB branch, that too complied by me.

I am very much disappointed that even after visiting the nearest branch for 4 times where the dispute form is submitted and getting a confirmation that dispute is resolved and no payment is due, i am getting the bill of not only disputed amount but all the charges like late fee, interest, penalty etc etc. I am holding your credit card for almost 2 decades and never expected such a indifferent response from you. I therefore once again request you not to send any bill which as per your CEO is not due.
