I have experienced the same problem 3 times in just 1 month. My phone goes under the problem of AUTO ON OFF again and again, after even 3 services the problem has not been solved. I have not paid the amount of Rs.14,999 just to submit the phone for 2 weeks again and again. please help or either change my model with a new piece.

I called Toll Free Number 4 Times, every time more than 12 minutes on hold, finally no body gets connected. Their service centre at Park Street, Kolkata-HCL TOUCH, after 9 phone calls, some body picks up and clarifies that there is no body near to phone, so we did not pick the phone. I submitted a phone for service; instead telling anything, giving no feedback, as the proposed date of delivery was today (taking 7 working days to complete the task as they don't have the required part), just told that when the phone will be ready, you will get SMS, and disconnected. Jaise principle company, waise service centre, well trained, well groomed, ideally made for each other.

I bought my phone redmi note 3 one day before. My problem is that when i make call i cant disconnect it as the screen goes black even when the phone is kept far from sensor. I am really sad to have this problem. I have many guys have the same problem too. id rather not buy this phone. Its available only in online and make people fool. give the solution for this. I dont use any screen guard. Proximity sensor test cant calibrate it. it fail horribly.

I bought a phone from www.mi.com. The site shows 10-day "hassle-free" replacement policy for damaged/defective products. My phone got damaged the second day. I have tried calling their hotline number 1800-103-6286. But its never working. They are not even replying on mail. Its been more than 2 weeks ! What should I do???

I have a redmi2 prime, purchased on 13 jan 2016. my phone getting hot 47 °C and i cant pick on my hand and my battery became very low charge. suppose if i charged cell 100% aftr 30 min it became 20%. plzzz plzzzz kindly do something.

The power adapter of my mobile redme note3phone is not working properly it charges sometimes but doesnt works most of the time. I am also unable to get replacement from Xiaomi. waste of money to invest in these Chinese mobiles.

I have purchased redmi note 3 16 gb through Amazon on 2nd june 2016 but with in 14 days it stopped working. Visited sector 18 Noida, they have not replaced instead of they repair it. How they can sell inferior product. They have to maintain quality before selling their product.

I just bought redmi note 3 , silver. its front camera is giving blur pictures...what can I do now?
