sir, on I had a a/c in iob bank..on 9/10/14 I have taken rs 10000 from canara bank atm at k.k.nagar in Chennai:78...suddenly machine is was completely stopped not working... it takes too time and suddenly machine told transaction not completed. I didt get the receipt also... I did not get money from the machine and receipt also, in my account the amount 10000 was debited. plz take my complaint I want my money back. Ac No089901000009861 IOB chevyoor. On 06th Jan 2015 I Tried to pay Rs7750 twice to Asianet but failed. Again on 9th Rs 7910 was paid and got receipt. Unfortunately all three transactions are debited from my account. I have take up the case with asianet and came to know that they received only Jan 9th payment. So please take action to credit my payment of Rs15500. The above trans are with my ATM card.
