Very important tours were East West America in 2009, Europe tour starting from uk, belgium to paris and Switzerland, hongkong Macau schenzen, Australia . These are 2012, 2013, 2014. respectively. Details of registration payments etc i can provide so to check your records. i had extreme difficulties before departure which you know. repeated emails, telephone, hot talks and so on.

During Cruise tour I have to pay 72 euro each person (144 euros) to cruise booked by you.Which should have been borne by you as it was all paid tour booking. My co passenger Mr and Mrs sen gupta were charged 130,000/- per person from calcutta and back to calcutta. There expense of tickets from calcutta were more than ours. They were given better cabin with side window while our cabins were inside and cruise reception told that higher amount is for that as booked by you. Similarly mr arjun lal and ramesh sadnani were given better cabins with side view window.

You have charged me more than due. You had asked my bank details that you will be refunding Rs10,000/- much before my departure. Said amount also has not come so far. I fail to understand this behavior and treatment given to me this occasion.

I feel you are taking me for granted and so least care and courtesies. Even phone calls not attended and probably blocking of number once tour is booked. will you look into my grievance and redress them. thanks
