Mahindra bike digital meter repair

My mahindra centuro bike purchased in 2013 but from last 2/3 week digital meter is not working. I want locations of service center in Mumbai city.

I put my suzuki access for regular service to surat, gujarat at that time service employee commited to me give service on same day but now they call for tomorrow and misbehave with me. i will complain in consumer court if my complain not resolve.
