Sir some couple of years back I had purchased a suit case from Samsonite, however the bag got a slight crack making it unfit to use. Due to my personal commitments I was not able to exchange the same. However I wanted to if there is a possibility if I could exchange the same from any showroom of Samsonite in Mumbai.
