Dear sir i bought a karbonn mobile model A8 before 6 months its battery is not working. i am trying this part in your all service center in lucknow but its not available in your service centre your employees are very roughly behaved with me and they did give me a satisfied answer. They said to me you go to the head office, dear sir please provide me this part by your service center or by online and inform me thanks.

I have given my Karbonn mobile handset A12 for repair to service center but i have not received it till now. Its almost one month now. Slow service by Karbonn.

I have submitted my phone on 22 July but its not repaired till nw (almost 3 Months now). Time and again i m enquiring abt the phn bt no response is there. i m provided with fake info. so i kindly request u to take action. my jobsheet no is KJASPJH084715KR3969.

I am very much surprised to note that the above battery is neither available with your any of the service centers nor in open Market at Jaipur. I do appreciate your product but if accessories are not available then it will be very tough for your company to survive longer. You will not be getting repeat customers and their level of satisfaction would also be different than that of other competitors.

As a matter of fact the Battery supplied along with the Mobile is China Made with Model no HUSP1400AA; 3.7v1400 AM.5.18Wh 4.2V rechargeable Li-ion Battery which is not available at Amazon and any other site. You are requested to ensure availability of the same and inform me accordingly.

Needless to mention that Service after Sales is equally important for the customers to have longer association.

Hope you will understand plight of customer and do the needful.
