Sir, I have obtained a SMS from ur end on 6th October,2017 regarding refund of my hotel booking cancellation as "Refund for Yatra reference number 0510748279971 has been processed. Your bank transaction ID for the refund of Rs. 9985 is 6451807648. Kindly note that the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund the amount in your account."

Though one month has already covered from your sms ,but till today the claimed amount has not been credited to my account. Please kindly take some necessary steps as early as possible for refunding my money.

I booked train ticket 2 times but as i was not linked to irctc correctly my ticket was canceled but i got a msg that the amount will be refunded but its been 2 weeks but you did not refund the money. this is not fair as i trusted your site. Plz refund amount as promised.

Sir,

I have booked flight ticket through yathra.com. Chandigarh to Cochin. d.o.j is 10th May, 2018. Due to reschedule of the flight 6-274 . I was forced to cancel my ticket (PNR TDIVM) Indigo cancelled my ticket on my request. without any cancellation fee.

Sir, Kindly complete the cancellation process and refund the full amount immediately.

Sir, My yatra ref no:1001841059503. I got mail and phone call from goair that my flight from Chennai to Kolkata on 26th may (g8 605) has cancelled and told me that I got refund full money wthin 7 days but it had already passed 11 days.the money is not refund still now. i haven't cancelled the flight but go air has cancelled the flight, so it's not my fault. I should get full refund. would u help me plz to get the refund smoothly? your web has given direction to go to my booking but it can not work properly. try multiple times but failure, so do something for me plz.

This is regarding my request for confirmation on refund amount upon cancellation of my ticket under
Booking Reference Number - 110683069783. I have sent you three mails on this subject in response to your mail pasted below. I am extremely disappointed that even after repeated reminders there is no response from your side. I am now in USA and the 48 hrs limit slowly closing by. I am also disappointed to note that none of your customer care is working making it impossible to contact your office. Please provide the right customer care that I can access from US and follow up the case.

REMINDER - 3 - Awaiting your reply. The 48 hrs deadline is approaching and Yatra.com will be held accountable for any further delay in response.

Hello,

I was booking my train ticket from Ahmedabad to H NZM , the money got deducted from Google Pay, but on yatra app 'please wait' was showing and at the end session expired said.

What is this? No notification nothing has been given.....I want my money back...please reply me ASAP.

I book the train two ticket from new delhi to nagpur on 24 September 2018 in Bangalore rajdhani. You can deduct two times money from my account and my ticket also is not confirmed. So please kindly refund my money back as soon as possible.
