As per your mail, our flight timing is re-scheduled & will reach Jammu on 17th Mar-17 at 2.30 PM. I don't want refund for this ticket. I want these tickets transferred to another flight which will reach Jammu on 17th Mar, 2017 on or before 10.00 am

i have booked a ticket in vistara web site today at 12.27pm from Srinagar to jammu. the amount of 1507/- is deducted but ticket is not generated. date of journey is 09/Apr/17. so please repley me what is status of my payment & booking status. bank ref no S89400351 payment method through net banking. if any quire please contact me on 9596079614. karthik cs.please occurred priority.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked air tickets through online portal of Air Vistara on 11/04/2017 through netbanking option. The payment gateway of canara bank showed that the request has been completed successfully and "Transaction with reference number 436019694175580 is in accepted state". The amount paid was Rs. 72,864/- The Client Code is 101 and Merchant reference No. is CCAED1IUP389.
I contacted your customer care center and I was assured that the payment shall be refunded within 24 hours as there was some technical issues on Air vistara website. However I have not received any refund even after four days have passed.

I have called your customer care center three times and on third occasion I was given a complaint No. - V98FHG on Dt. 13.04.17.

The tickets booked were for Delhi to Leh return tickets for four persons traveling from Delhi to Leh on 13/08/17 via flight No. UK701 and return tickets on 18/08/17 via flight no UK 766.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter for urgent refund. I am enclosing payment transaction confirmation of Netbanking.

As per your mail, My daughter(Smriti Srivastava) is not going to Chandigarh on 30-10-17 due to some important reason. I want to cancel the ticket having PNR No.-L9NMIM. I am humbly requesting to please refund the cancellation amount with deducting any cancellation charges(or very nominal). For this kind favor I shall be obliged forever. I had booked two ticket on 07.11.2017 in F/o Subodh Paswan and Bal Kishor Pathak from Vistara Airline counter at Ranchi Airport, for Vistara Airline Ranchi to Delhi on 09.11.2017 through SBI credit card vide PNR No. MULCA4, ticket no. 2282401079022 but due to unavoidable circumstances the said ticket was cancelled on same day i.e. 07.11.2017, through customer care of Vistara Airline with intimation that the refunded online in7 working day. But after expiry of 7 days period the same amount has not been credited in my SBI card account. After that I contacted to Mr. Sanjeev official staff of Vistara office at Ranchi Airport, he say refund done 5 day working period, but position is as it is.

I again complained through email in customer relation and accordingly reply for same received on 12.12.2017 stating there in that the amount will be refunded during 10-15 working days, But situation for refunding the said amount is as it is.

Dear sir/madam that your employee name Swati Khanna w/o Anish Khanna 54, Vikas puri , New delhi. They both action against are involved in 420 case at Ferozepur city in Punjab. Case name kartar singh v/s priyanka, swati, anish, raj kumar khanna. They cheated people and asking them to take them abroad as she is working in airline company. Kindly take action against her. So that she could not do such work again.
