The MSO has shutdown 80% of set top boxes since 10am morning of 1-9-2015 in Jabalpur. The have also blocked the operator id too. My id no is 18723. How can it be started at the earliest.

I reside at Rohini sector-18 and your existing customer. I had enquired from customer care and they confirmed that the HD set top boxes are available with them. Accordingly, I have requested for one HD set top box but the Siti Cable operator M/s Rama Cable has replied that he has not been supplied/ not available with the Agency. If the HD boxes are available then why they are not supplied to Cable operators. You are requested to either supply the same to concerned Cable operator with the direction to provide HD box connection at my home or directly supply to me. Please reply me through my email urgently.

My set top box card no. is 01765263781-4. please activate my box. No one is activating it since last 4 days. I have called the cable operator but no one came.

SITI cable in NOIDA is indulging in malafide business practices in the sense that he is forcing the subscribers to go for the outright purchase of sub-standard Set-top box at an inflated cost without any invoice/bill. NO WARRANTY ON THE SET-TOP BOX.

The SITI customer care seems to be ignorant tariff packages prescribed by TRAI as are the innocent customers.

My LCO no. 20864. I paid bill properly in the last month, I have no dues but my cable connection cut without information on dated 9/5/2016 at 6 pm onwards. This bill can be see by td set. How can it will be started earlier.

You want check my invoice you can see my td set bill. My cable connection cut on dated 9/5/2016 at 6 pm to onward. How can it be started at the earliest.

I had booked broadband connection and one executive come and take the documents and payment, afterone day one man came with broadband to install it but he hadnt install he said that here service is not available. Ok i m agree with that but when i call the executive he said that call in office and when i call in office one customer care name miss anju received the call she dont know how to talk even she dont now where is her office. She said that i dont have permission to give office address. I dont know y she is hiding her address, it directly means they were doing fraud.....

Since last two days my wi-fi connection not working.i contact it customer care with many times, but they can't give me any solution yet.After I contact with customer care they were notsending me me Ticket number... Every time they saying technical problem that will solve within one working day.pls solve my problem otherwise i will choose another company.

I am facing problem of 140: card not authorised (card no. 017690888205) since 16.01.17. I have given Rs 150/- to local cable operator on 02.01.17 for January months. I complaint many times to local cable operator to resolve this problem, I complaint at SITIcare on 28.01.17 (complaint no. is 2659404) but no any action has been taken. Again I have complaint at SITIcare on 31.01.17, 09, 10, 12 & 13.02.17 but no response given to resolve problem. I have also complaint through e-mail at siticare @siti.esselgroup.com on 31.01.17, 10.02.17 & 12.02.17 (complaint reference ID 2694964) but not resolve my card not authorised problem up to till date. On today at 10.06 AM call from SITIcare Noida by telephone no. +911166780400 & ensure to resolve problem up to today evening but not resolve card not authorized problem up to 10.00 PM. I also requested that If not sort-out my problem at any level then please instruct to local cable operator for collect Digital cable Set Top Box Model CH-8560M & Card & refund my money Rs 1150/- so I can change cable operator but not resolve problem nor refund money.

I am not satisfied from SITI Cable Network Limited service. My experience with Siticare & SITI Cable Network Limited is very very bad, there is no any responsible person to resolve card not authorized problem since 16.01.17

Dear sir,

I have a complaint that my siti cable operators are not doing work properly. Its been half of a month, that we have shifted our house. When i call him 2nd time he said that "you have only called me once only" i will shift next day but till this day the connection has not been transferred. Can you please take an action immediately.

I have a siti cable connection at my residence 863-B sector-9 Karnal. SITI cable service is very very poor. Many channels even are not being broadcasted. SITI cable is looting the public and charging without providing the due service. Government should take immediate action to close it down.

I have a siticare connection at residence chotu ram nagar bahadurgarh. Siticare is very very poor channels are not broadcasting. Siticare channels is looting the public and charging without providing due to service. Government should take immediate action to close it down.

Set top box no:1594BEU51KO66099 , chip no: 01768268112, sir, settop box failed cable operator take the settop Box for repair on 16-05-2017 till now they did not respond about the settop box (Siti cable office & operator Gudivada). so please take an immediate action.
