I am surprised regarding the following matter which was conducted by your sales executive named, Mr. Biswajit Polley, Code No.922701he quoted a cost estimate Rs.34,899/-Product price Rs.32650/- and offer price Rs.26,750/-; Old Appliance details - Whirlpool 165 Ltr. (told me the exchange offer Rs.5000/-) in respect of refrigerator model no. RT EON 290 P 3.4/2018 for which colour is STL RSH contained in an "Application Booklet" dated 23.10.2018. It is to mention that said model is contained the MRP Rs.32,650/- .

On that day Rs.1067/- booking money has paid by me in advance. Thereafter my above stated old refrigerator was collected & said new refrigerator was delivered by the concerned delivery man on 29.10.2018 and handover a Tax Invoice dated 28.10.2018 to me wherein contained the basic price 27,669.49, discount Rs.4152.54 and Total amount claimed Rs.27,750.95 and Rs.8,720/- has paid by me. As per the said "Application Booklet", I am willing to purchase the same with the financial assistance of Bajaj finance and EMI Rs.2972/- for 6 months.

Thereafter said sales executive did not provide a response regarding the actual price of said product and not did provide the fresh "Tax Invoice" and not yet started the ECS for making payment of the same. Therefore my question is - i. what is the actual price of this product? ii. what is the exchange offer in respect to my old refrigerator? iii. what amount to be paid by me through ECS and the total number of EMI? iv. Date of commencement of EMI?

Therefore I am requesting you to kindly be provided the same at an early date.
