Please be advised, I have just received a call from a person who identified himself as Mr. Mike Richardson. He claimed that my computer had been hacked and downloaded with a malicious program. The aim of this message is to confirm that the caller was a genuine call from Microsoft employee. Grateful if you can confirm.

This is a total scam from India they have been calling me, Threatening me to give them my credit card number that my computer was doing illegal activity.

My account sayyada20@outlook.com got locked and I had not been able to reset the password. Got an email from Microsoft to create a new account. I can do that, but please help me get the previous certificate I have in that account.

I need my certificate please? Can you send me the certificate at some other account. Please help, certificate is needed urgently.
