Why my Loan installment stop?

Sir i edited my 2018 recruitment form and change my category. when i change at that time only category box is available but now sub category is available kindly give me some solution to re-edit my form after final submitting of my form.

On 16/10/20 i send 10,000 to my other account. Money was debit from my account but not credited for this account.

Unfortunately by technical fault or due to slow internet speed the transaction could not proceed successfully, but an amount of Rs. 591 has been debited from my account. Now I request your good self that the same amount should be credited to my account immediately. That will be your most kindness.
