Hi, I purchased sofa set and now facing some problem I. e. Leg is broken, and to lodge a complain trying to call customer care but call is not connecting.

Purchased one sofa set and dresser from Evok, Sector-10 Noida. First of all items were delivered very late in compare to what was promised. Further, installation was not done timely. Every time called to store, only one reply received we are sorry for delay. Our installation team will contact you. When asked the number of their superior or manager or owner it was told we can’t share the details as it is a breach of privacy. Really, how can sharing of number of manager or owner be a breach of privacy. After so many calls for installation it was told to come to store for discussion as we can’t discuss the issues on phone. Very pathetic experience. Will never recommend to buy the product from Evok specially Evok, Noida branch.
