It is requested to please clarify the following. I am the bonafide customer of domestic line at the premises of Flat-1D, Bk-3, Garden Enclave, Baguiati, Kolkata-59.

1) Last 5 to 6 moths ,I am not getting the bill for payment though every month meter reading is taken.
2) When I am going to pay my bill, every time one option is coming that you are not require to pay this bill.

I usually pay the bill through net banking. It is therefore requested to please see this matter.

I used to make online payment of the Power Bill upto the month of May,2020 (not payable). But while trying to make payment online for June and July, 2020, only the Bill of May 20 is showing. As such, I could not make any payment for the last two months. Kindly arrange to do the needful to enable me to make the payments.

This bill till now not show cesc latest payment status.but this bill payed on 28/09/2020. bill id 49000439885. Payment through debit card amounting to Rs.570/- for the month of July-2020 has been made from Axis Bank A/c. No.153010100092995 debited on 28.08.2020 at 12.56 p.m.

On eighteenth aug'20 lodge a complain thru website ( Docket N:3209959) meter display not found. kindly arrange inspection and let me know. AFTER 35days on 21st Sept someone came from bhowanipore and inspect the meter vide docket no:220140339 and verbally assured me within 3 to 4d ays your meter should be replace. But today is the eight th day nobody has come from cesc to change the meter. Sir pls do the needful as early as possible.

My flat is lying vacant for the past one year and is locked from outside. The mains are off from inside the flat. But suddenly out of nowhere I have received a bill of Rs 810/- this month (Units Billed - 112, Billing Account - Nov' 2020, Due Date - 27-Jan' 2021). Kindly go through my previous 6 months Electricity Bill and confirm about this matter. I am unable to understand how the units are consumed and the bill is processed. Kindly look into this matter from your end and rectify the false billing amount.

I successfully paid my monthly bill of May 2021on 23/06/2021 through net banking. But when I have checked my account I saw the billing amount credited in my account next day means 24/06/2021.

Alima Begum is correct as per adhaar card but alima bagam is wrongly recorded in my electricity bill. PLease rectify ALIMA BEGUM in place of ALIMA BAGAM.

Customer ID - 11000735043. I have not received any SMS or Bill for payment of monthly Electricity Bill for the months of July and August 2021. As per duplicate bills downloaded, there is consumption of of 162 units and 166 units for the months of July and August 2021 respectively. Please refer to your email dated 26 Dec 2021 addressed to Rathi Kumar Basu Thakur regarding refund of Security Deposit to Ex-Consumer No : 07169016054.

Please note that Rathi Kumar Basu Thakur, my husband, passed away, in November 2009, vide scanned copy of Death Certificate enclosed. With his death, his name from the joint bank account was struck off and consequently I am the single holder of the account. As a proof of my identity, scanned copy of my Aadhaar Card is attached.

To day (31/01/22) I received a mobile message showing meter reading as 12635 for the month Jan'22 & consumption 65 unit only. The reading was taken on 29/01/22.

My average power consumption is 200-230 unit per month in winter season. I personally checked the meter on 31/01/22 & noticed meter shown reading 12801, so it's not cleared to me how power consumption can be 166 units within 2 days.

You are requested to look in to matter & correct the reading as early as possible to get actual bill from your end. Pl treat it most urgent other wise it will be difficult & overburden for me to pay excess bill in next bill with higher charges & obviously comes under electricity duty charges.
